Refund policy

You can exchange your purchase for a Mahogany Fashion House gift card within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

All garments must be returned as they were shipped to you: free of smoke, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, snags, and rips. All original tags must be attached.

Mahogany Fashion House is not responsible for the shipping cost of returns/exchanges. There is a $9.99 exchange postage fee due for all exchanges to reship your new item(s).

NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Return Process

1. Contact Us First: Please contact the store at (248) 991-5584 prior to returning an item to notify us of your return. You may also email us at mahoganyfashionhouse@gmail.com.

   • Please allow 2-3 business days for an email response. Our team is available Wednesday - Saturday.

2. Include Contact Information: PLEASE LEAVE A CONTACT NUMBER WITH YOUR RETURN ORDER so we can contact you by phone if we have any problems with your order.
